Your reticular activating system (RAS) which controls consciousness. Your RAS creates a filter for what’s important for you and only this information is conscious for you.


Like for instance, when you buy a new car… say a blue Camry, you start seeing them everywhere. 


Did the world all of a sudden put out 100 more blue Camrys?


No. 


Your brain is subconsciously looking for them. Your RAS has moved them into consciousness. 


So how do you use that to change your life?


  1. Identify what you want to change.  
  2. Think about the result you want. 
  3. Spend 5-10 min every morning or a few times a day visualizing the perfect outcome.  

You’ll start noticing your new “blue Camrys” everywhere. These opportunities to achieve your goal will start popping up in your life more and more…


Health options for food or opportunities to work out. 


Investment opportunities, jobs or side hustles. 


Things to smile about instead of things to piss you off. 


Your brain is powerful beyond measure. The education and government wants you to just be smart enough to produce the desired result, not to reach your potential.
